If the goods received are in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your purchase(s). You can return or exchange within 10 working days of shipment date for an exchange*.
Strictly no refund policy for customised items.
Any returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and original packaging.
To expedite return service, e-mail us a photo of the defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at our office and processed by our staff.
We will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, Toddleythoughts reserves the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund. Please note that in any cases that a refund/exchange is granted, postage will be bear by customer fully.
Refund will be made back to the original form of payment within 48 hours of receiving the return. Depending on your bank or credit card company it can take up to 5-10 business days to be reflected on your bank statement. (only applicable to defect items)
During COVID period, we do not accept returns of, or refund unless it is defective or wrong item sent.
