Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns of, or refund unless it is defective or wrong item sent.
Please ensure that the correct item has been selected before you submit the order as we do not accept cancellation of order at any time.
If the goods received are in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com prior to returning your purchase(s). You can return or exchange within 7 days of shipment date for an exchange*.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and original packaging.
We offer refund in store credits only. Do note that shipping fees will not be refunded if order is fulfilled.
