Refund policy
We do not accept returns of , or refund unless it is defective or a wrong item sent .
A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return . In the event the item you originally purchased is sold out , a credit voucher will be issued to you . Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be duly rejected.
All exchanges must be done via mailing back to our designated Mail box within 7 days. Postage will be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders / personalized items / pre-order items / back-order items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Item purchased during promotional period (eg. warehouse sale/early-bird/usage of voucher or discount code) is strictly non-refundable .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the interests of hygiene during COVID period, we do not accept returns of , or refund unless it is defective or a wrong item sent .
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds unless due to defective products. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (only applicable to defective items). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
